I agree that the acquisition of Borsa Italia in the short / medium term wasnt adding value, but now its almost integrated I hope Euronext will perform or buyback shares or bolt-on acquisitions with similar margins as their own business. Recently they acquired Global Rate Set Systems and these are the acquisitions which are value adding right away.
Well Written Arnold: I owned the company but sold it since the takeovers are not always adding value for shareholder. Prefer NASDAQ and OTCM
