Who is Compound & Fire?
My name is Arnold and I started Compound & Fire in March 2024. There are a lot of investors who don’t have the time to deep dive a company and also might not have a strategy. My strategy is mainly around quality investing. As my biggest influencer is Warren Buffett I also try to understand his investor decisions. I would like to support investors and show that investing is not about watching share prices, but about:
Understanding a business
Value the business and a potential entry point
Track the progress of the business you own
I will first screen interesting businesses.
When I was 12 my dad gave me my first shares (Merck & Co) and since then I have a passion for investing. My professional life as a finance manager helps me in understanding balance sheets, P&L and cash flows of a business. My experience in Oil & Gas, Services businesses and FCMG helps me better understanding different companies.
What can I expect?
Compound & Fire is completely free, as this is a passion for me which I fulfill next to my daily job. In general what is for free is of low quality. I want to prove the opposite.
